Meet the person behind Sorted
I’m Rona, and I created Sorted Business Support to provide practical, reliable support for business owners who need the behind-the-scenes work handled properly.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience across the dairy and building industries, I understand the day-to-day pressures of running a business and the importance of keeping accounts, payroll and administration organised and under control.
My background includes bookkeeping, payroll, GST, financial reporting, and business administration. I also provide executive and board support, including preparing agendas, taking accurate board minutes, and coordinating board papers for distribution. I’ve worked closely with business owners, consultants, directors, and leadership teams to keep operations running smoothly and ensure the important details never get missed.
Having owned and operated a business alongside my husband for six years, I understand firsthand the realities of business ownership—managing staff, cashflow, compliance, and the constant juggle of day-to-day operations.
